Setite Shield is a craftable weapon — it is produced at a crafting station rather than dropped by enemies. Tier 3 places it in the middle band of the game's weapon progression.
Its base damage of 29 ranks #54 of 87 Shield entries tracked here. It has a modest 12.15% armor penetration, 10 poise damage that helps interrupt enemies, and 2000 durability before it needs repair. At 2.1 weight it is light to carry.
Carried off-hand to block and shield-bash; pair it with a one-handed weapon for a defensive bruiser build.
Verdict: Overall Setite Shield is a middle-of-the-pack option among Shield weapons in Conan Exiles, and being craftable makes it easy to replace if it breaks.
