Poitain Bow
A composite bow of rare quality
Bow Scales: Agility DLC: Riders of Hyboria Pack ID: 2594
The fierce Lords of the Poitain disprove the notion that hard men must come from hard lands. Indeed, the gleaming spires and gilded frescos of Aquilonia's most southern province frame a land of uncommon warmth and abundance. And like the beautiful and terrible blades they are known for, the scions of the Poitain have been sharpened by centuries of warfare with covetous neighbors.
About Poitain Bow
Poitain Bow is a Bow in Conan Exiles. It deals 6 light damage, 6 heavy damage, and 8.1% armor penetration. Its damage scales with Agility. It is a Tier 1 item.
Poitain Bow is a craftable weapon — it is produced at a crafting station rather than dropped by enemies. It is part of the "Riders of Hyboria Pack" DLC, so players without that content cannot obtain it. Tier 1 places it in the lower band of the game's weapon progression.
Its base damage of 6 ranks #68 of 87 Bow entries tracked here. It has a modest 8.1% armor penetration, a 4-stamina cost per basic swing, 10 poise damage that helps interrupt enemies, and 500 durability before it needs repair. At 3.85 weight it is light to carry.
A ranged option: open with a heavy draw from distance, then switch to melee once the target closes in.
Verdict: Overall Poitain Bow is a lower-damage option among Bow weapons in Conan Exiles, and being craftable makes it easy to replace if it breaks.
