Pictish Shield
A shield decorated with Pictish symbols
Shield Effect: Shieldsmash DLC: The Savage Frontier Pack ID: 6207
The Picts are a warlike people, but their reasons for war are alien to the more civilized inhabitants of Hyboria. Dreams and spirits guide them in their red-handed raids, and their viciousness is often a matter of appeasement rather than real bloodlust.
About Pictish Shield
Pictish Shield is a Shield in Conan Exiles. It deals 12 light damage, 12 heavy damage, and 12.15% armor penetration. It is a Tier 1 item.
Pictish Shield is a craftable weapon — it is produced at a crafting station rather than dropped by enemies. It is part of the "The Savage Frontier Pack" DLC, so players without that content cannot obtain it. Tier 1 places it in the lower band of the game's weapon progression.
Its base damage of 12 ranks #69 of 87 Shield entries tracked here. It has a modest 12.15% armor penetration, 10 poise damage that helps interrupt enemies, and 1250 durability before it needs repair. At 2.31 weight it is light to carry.
Carried off-hand to block and shield-bash; pair it with a one-handed weapon for a defensive bruiser build.
Verdict: Overall Pictish Shield is a lower-damage option among Shield weapons in Conan Exiles, and being craftable makes it easy to replace if it breaks.
