Khitan Javelin is not craftable and must be obtained as a drop, treasure or trade reward in the world. It is part of the "The Imperial East Pack" DLC, so players without that content cannot obtain it. Tier 1 places it in the lower band of the game's weapon progression.
Its base damage of 17 ranks #16 of 20 One Handed Spear entries tracked here. At 3.85 weight it is light to carry.
Its long reach lets you poke from outside most enemies' swing range — excellent for kiting groups.
Verdict: Overall Khitan Javelin is a lower-damage option among One Handed Spear weapons in Conan Exiles.
