Its base damage of 16 ranks #75 of 92 Two Handed Mace entries tracked here. It has a hefty 40.5% armor penetration that punches through heavily armored targets, a 12-stamina cost per basic swing, 10 poise damage that helps interrupt enemies, and 800 durability before it needs repair. At 5.78 weight it is light to carry.
Heavy swings drain stamina fast but pay off with crowd control and armor-breaking openers.
Verdict: Overall Chieftain of the North Hammer is a lower-damage option among Two Handed Mace weapons in Conan Exiles, and its 40.5% armor penetration makes it especially valuable against armored foes.
