Bloodletter Two-Handed Sword is a craftable weapon — it is produced at a crafting station rather than dropped by enemies. It is part of the "Blood and Sand Pack" DLC, so players without that content cannot obtain it. Tier 3 places it in the middle band of the game's weapon progression.
Its base damage of 51 ranks #35 of 89 Two Handed Sword entries tracked here. It has 20.25% armor penetration, enough to matter against armored foes, a 9-stamina cost per basic swing, 10 poise damage that helps interrupt enemies, and 1200 durability before it needs repair. At 4.99 weight it is light to carry.
Heavy swings drain stamina fast but pay off with crowd control and armor-breaking openers.
Verdict: Overall Bloodletter Two-Handed Sword is a middle-of-the-pack option among Two Handed Sword weapons in Conan Exiles, and being craftable makes it easy to replace if it breaks.
